What we collect
JobSign collects only what is needed to provide the service:
- Account info: Email address and password (if you create an account). Google account info if you use Google Sign-In.
- Approval data: The text you type to describe work, client names, job addresses, and generated approval documents.
- Photos: Site photos you optionally attach to approvals. Stored securely and only accessible to you.
- Usage data: How many approvals you've generated (to enforce free tier limits). We do not track pages viewed, buttons tapped, or behavioral analytics.
How we use it
- Generate AI-drafted approval documents from your descriptions
- Store your approval history so you can access it later
- Sync data across your devices when you sign in
- Enforce plan limits (free vs. Pro)
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your approval content to train AI models
- We do not show you ads
- We do not share client information with anyone
Data storage
Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage. All connections use HTTPS.
Data deletion
You can delete individual approvals from the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@jobsign.app and we'll process it within 48 hours.
